Gutters and Downpipes

If your gutters are badly installed, damaged or blocked then water could be entering your walls and causing expensive, structural damage. This is much simpler and cheaper to prevent than it is to fix the damage caused by long-term leaking gutters.

Fascia

Fascia boards provide a base for your gutters and keep pests, birds and insects out. They control ventilation to your roof and make your property look more appealing. The fascia play a role in preventing draughts and your home will feel warmer and drier.

Soffits and bargeboards

The soffits are fixed under the fascia. They play a role in supporting the fascia and gutters and also help to prevent pests and drafts. The bargeboards are fixed to the side of the roof for extra strength and support.

Dry Fix Ridge, Verge & Hip Systems

Traditionally, mortar was used to fix the ridge, hip and verge tiles. It does not match the durability of modern uPVC dry fix ridge, hip or verge systems. T&J Rooflines can install dry fix system that are durable, long-lasting and will extend the lifespan of your roof.
